“翻唱”最正式的译法是cover (version)，比如：Fairy Tale is a cover of Faye Wong’s famous song. ;也可以用remake，如：It's a remake (翻唱) of a classic song, but I interpret it in my own way.“同名专辑”英文是self-titled album；debut意指“处女作”，所以“首张同名专辑”译为Self-titled debut album。platinum album（白金唱片）则指的是销量超过100万张的唱片。
