这张EP 《Into The Shadow》由四首歌组成，没有大段的合成器，没有电子鼓，和第一张专辑不同的是，我们希望在这张EP中用最原始的摇滚乐表现方式，把更具象化的四个故事唱给你们听：

《Lord of Secret》这首歌，你可能也会在去年我们偶尔返场的时候听到过。由狗仔队的不齿行径而引发的思考贯穿于音乐的始终，“你说我们应该信任彼此，那告诉我如何相信一个骗子？”如果说贩卖隐私也可以被称为专业的“老师”，那么不知道这个时代正义到底何在。

《Lullaby》是EP中唯一一首情歌，描述的是充满危险却又不乏奇幻的梦境。相爱的两人在梦的漩涡中经历了各种冒险，描绘了最终彼此救赎的温情画面。从海底到沙漠，从冰川到树海，也是这张唱片在最后对于耳朵的安抚。

就像之前说的，我们希望回到最初想要做摇滚乐时的冲动，在音乐越来越电的时代，

尽可能地用三大件加上一些原声乐器做出些违反潮流的东西，是我们自己喜欢的音乐。

一份小简历，了解有趣的他们

►2009年，Elenore由几位热爱音乐的人组成，都在或曾在音乐领域或相关媒体任职。因为部分成员的英伦生活经历，他们的音乐风格深受英国迷幻摇滚、电气摇滚的影响。

►乐队成立后便定期在北京D-22, MAO, School等 Livehouse演出，很快形成了固定的歌迷群体。同时，不插电表演也是乐队的特长。

►2012年，他们的第一张EP《迷失的女皇》发布，主打单曲《波多野之舞》在搜狐视频获得超过29万次的点击。另一首单曲《Psycho Man》被知名英式乐队Exile Parade 翻唱，得到了良好反响。

►2015年，他们带着上张专辑《马戏团的国王》巡演了16个城市。

About Elenore 

Based in Beijing, China, Elenore is a brit-pop/indie rock band which was formed by lead singer/guitarist Wang Yu in late 2009. Additionally with bassist Long Fei and drummer Hu Pan，Elenore developed its sound that influenced by bands such as Oasis, Kasabian, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and etc. The single “Psycho Man” fuses the 60’s swing drum loop, fuzzy guitar riff and a scene of the middle east instrument chorus which became a hit on China’s popular youth culture site Douban. The single was also covered by a famous Brit-pop band Exile Parade which aroused people’s attention. In May, 2012, the band released their first EP “The Missing Queen” both on CD and the band’s own digital distribution site. The music video of the single “Hatano’s Dance” was the Top10 video of Chinese portal site Sohu which earned over 290,000 views. 

In 2013, Elenore played at Strawberry Music Festival, inMusic Festival and Canal Kylin Festival, made themselves more widely known. In September, 2014 , Elenore released their single “Teenager” produced by the respected producer Yang Haisong, featured in the compilation album The XP Sound. In the same year, the band signed to Tree Music, prepared half a year for their debut album The King Of The Circus, finished the recording during November to December in The Valley Music studio. Their producer is the former guitarist of band “Dada”, who is also Pengtan’s current guitarist and a prestigious producer. The mastering is completed by producer Chendong.

In 2015, the band continued playing in venues, and released 3 singles “Winter Swing”“Elenore” and“Your Love Fullfiled all the Containers”. The singles were welcomed by the audiences at Douban, Xiami and Netease, and charted Top 10 within a week. In July, Elenore released their debut album The King Of The Circus under Tree Music which attracted media spotlights and had a good selling record.
