2013年，在Melee解散之后，为了寻求更理想的创作空间，Chris和他的妻子搬到了纳什维尔。在离开音乐一年之后，Chris带着充满真爱和热情的作品，回到了大家的视野中。

Chris拥有者宏亮并且充满动感的嗓音，他将无限的能量投入到现场演出中，从60年代流行、70年代的R&B、80年代的合成器流行，再到90年代的英伦流行，他都玩转自如。

目前Chris正在录音棚中潜心录制他的首张个人专辑，并有望在2016年上半年推出。

About Chris Cron

Chris Cron is the former lead singer of WB Records band, Melee, who scored a #1 hit in Japan and The Netherlands with their song "Built To Last". In 2013, after the band ended, Chris and his wife moved to Nashville, TN in search of a clean slate. After a year long hiatus from music, Chris returned as a solo artist with a renewed vision, and a batch of songs characterized by a passion for real truth and real love.

Chris has a big, dynamic voice and throws everything he has into live performances with music influenced by equal parts 60’s pop, 70’s R&B, 80’s synth pop and 90’s britpop.

He is currently in the studio, working on his debut solo album, due out first half of 2016.

About Melee

Melee is an American rock band from Orange County in California. Formed in 2000, the band consists of Ricky Sans, Chris Cron, Ryan Malloy and Derek Lee Rock. The group released their debut album Everyday Behavior under Los Angeles-based independent label Subcity Records in 2004. In 2006, they were signed with major record label Warner Bros. Records, and subsequently, in 2007 made their major record label debut Devils & Angels. In 2010, they released their follow up to Devils & Angels, on Warner Bros. Records.
